Abigail M. Pollak is a distinguished Miami-based attorney, strategic business advisor, and cultural philanthropist with a career spanning over two decades in law, civic governance, and public service. Renowned for her leadership in both corporate and cultural sectors, Ms. Pollak provides high-level independent consulting and legal advisory services to businesses and organizations navigating complex regulatory and community landscapes.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, Ms. Pollak combines an elite academic foundation with a deep commitment to national and local institutional development. In recognition of her prominent standing within the Latino community and her civic expertise, she was handpicked by President Barack Obama for a prestigious federal presidential appointment to serve on the Commission to Study the Potential Creation of a National Museum of the American Latino—making her one of only two representatives selected from the State of Florida.
